How SiteTraceiQ Collects, Uses, and Shares Data

This policy explains how SiteTraceiQ handles information collected through its website, contact forms, customer dashboards, visitor intelligence products, tracking pixels, analytics tools, advertising tools, enrichment sources, integrations, and related services.

1. Who This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to SiteTraceiQ websites, prospects who contact SiteTraceiQ, customers and authorized users of SiteTraceiQ services, and individuals whose information may be processed through SiteTraceiQ products on behalf of business customers.

When SiteTraceiQ processes data for a business customer, that customer may be the business or controller responsible for determining why and how personal information is processed. SiteTraceiQ may act as a service provider, processor, data partner, or independent business depending on the service, data source, integration, contract, and applicable law.

Contact details, business details, website URLs, demo requests, support messages, billing details, account credentials, and communications with the SiteTraceiQ team.

Information collected automatically

Device, browser, session, page view, click, referrer, IP address, timestamp, cookie, pixel, attribution, and advertising data.

Lead and identity data

Names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, household or consumer profile data, inferred interests, intent signals, and matched visitor identifiers.

Customer data

  • Service providers: hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, email, SMS, payment, CRM, security, data processing, support, and professional service vendors may process information for SiteTraceiQ.
  • Data and identity partners: information may be matched, validated, enriched, appended, or scored using reputable data sources and identity resolution partners.
  • Advertising and analytics partners: campaign, conversion, audience, device, and browsing data may be shared for measurement, attribution, retargeting, and ad delivery where permitted.
  • Integrations: data may be sent to customer-selected systems such as CRMs, email platforms, SMS platforms, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and webhook endpoints.
  • Legal and safety recipients: information may be disclosed to comply with law, court orders, subpoenas, regulatory requests, security needs, rights enforcement, or business protection.

Customers must not use SiteTraceiQ to process data they do not have the right to collect, upload, share, or use.

Customers are also responsible for honoring applicable communication laws for phone, SMS, email, direct mail, telemarketing, credit, insurance, healthcare, financial, automotive, and other regulated outreach.

7. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on location and applicable law, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or opt out of certain processing, targeted advertising, profiling, sales, or sharing of personal information.

  • Use browser settings to block or delete cookies.
  • Use platform-level advertising controls offered by device manufacturers, browsers, and advertising networks.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link when available.
  • Contact the business whose website was visited for requests involving that business's use of SiteTraceiQ.

SiteTraceiQ may need to verify requests before acting on them. Some requests may be denied or limited where permitted by law, including when information must be retained for security, legal, billing, fraud prevention, contractual, or operational reasons.

8. Sensitive Information and Regulated Data

SiteTraceiQ retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain accounts, support integrations, deliver reports, comply with contracts, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and improve products. Retention periods may vary based on data type, customer settings, contract terms, legal requirements, and operational needs.

10. Security

SiteTraceiQ uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and SiteTraceiQ cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

SiteTraceiQ services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. SiteTraceiQ does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such information is believed to have been collected, contact support@sitetraceiq.com.

12. International Processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where SiteTraceiQ, customers, vendors, or partners operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where an individual resides.
